Chübis are custom made by hand, so each Chübi is as unique as ü are! Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. If you have any issues with your Chübi at all, contact us as soon as possible and we will correct the issue accordingly. Please remember that Chübis are NOT machine washable or waterproof! Chübis do not like baths, they love to stay dry and cuddly, but they don't mind a spot clean when necessary! :)
